		<description>The funny thing is that they&#39;re pretty established - it&#39;s not a start up.  I couldn&#39;t believe it when he said she was serious.  Apparently the girl literally begged for her job and made a dozen or so semi lame excuses.  Perhaps she wasn&#39;t the most astute candidate for the position as it turns out, but still.  That&#39;s pretty harsh.</description>
