It works by you joining that's a given. Then you create a link place it on your web site, blog, bottom of every e-mail. Once a person clicks on it, and buys something I will give you 5% of the sale. If at any point I see your giving me a lot of sales leads then I will increase it. For example if every 4 weeks your sending me lets say 40 buying customers then I will push it up by 1%.
