Purchase Pink Ribbon Designs to Fight Breast Cancer
One in eight women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. According to the World Health Organization, breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide. I’ve known a few women in my time that have been diagnosed and otherwise affected. It’s for them that I’ve created some Pink Ribbon designs. It’s also for them that, for the next two weeks, I’ll be donating 50% of the sales from my Pink Ribbon designs to Liz Fogg for her journey to walk the AVON 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer in Washington DC. October 2018 50% of sales of these designs will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

October is a hard month for me deciding on manicures. Do I go all Halloween, all the time (which is my natural instinct)? Do I throw in a basic fall manicure? Do I do anything brightly colored and pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month? Well, this October, I figured hey – there’s more than one week in October, and did all three! Last week I attended another amazing Affiliate Summit East 2014 – big thanks up front to Shawn Collins & Missy Ward for their tireless organization of a terrific conference. I was very excited to return to New York again after missing Affiliate Summit East 2013 in Philadelphia. This was my 15th Affiliate Summit, and as usual I got more out of it than I ever thought I would.

Philanthropist extraordinaire Missy Ward has announced her latest project to help fellow marketers and share some yummy recipes in her new book, It’s All About The Cookies. As of today, Missy is now accepting folks to submit their recipes! Not only will this be a great book, but it’s ultimately for a great cause. 100% of the net profits will be donated to the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, which has raised more than $380 million since 2003 to help fight this horrible disease.
This unique book may look like a cookbook, smell like a cookbook, and you’ll be able to make yummy delicious treats like from a cookbook… but here’s the catch. It’s REALLY a marketing book. When you submit your recipe you must also submit a marketing insight to share with other marketers. So not only are you going to get some great recipes (I’m very partial to the one I submitted), but you’re going to get some marketing schooling.

It’s been a couple of weeks since Affiliate Summit West 2011 was over & done with, and it’s taken us this long to recuperate, follow up with all our leads, jot our ideas for improvement down in notebooks and on whiteboards, and had the time to breathe and record our recap! We had different experiences at this show than some of the others in the recent past, so we share it all with you in a super sized episode this week. For 1 hour & 14 minutes we babble on about:
