Handmade Gifts with Love
Having found myself recently unemployed, I’ve had a lot of time on my hands. So I’ve been putting those hands to work producing more handmade gifts for friends in exchange for both money and thanks. Many have involved my trusty Cricut but others are more, well, hands-on like a small commissioned cross-stitch ornament I’ll be working on this week. I’d be happy to put these hands to work on your custom, commissioned gifts as well!

I mentioned before we went to Disneyland a couple weeks ago that I’d tell you more about how our DIY Disneyland Bleach Silhouette shirts came out. So I’ll make good and tell you that they came out pretty great, with one exception. In all, I ended up making 7 shirts, 4 of which came out wearable after trials and tests that weren’t meant to be tests. Let me tell you, this was definitely part pinwin and part pinstrosity!

It looked cool, and I’d bought a vector silhouette file of Phineas, Ezra, & Gus last year, but it was needlessly complicated. So I hacked it and came up with my own.

My favorite holiday is here, and it’s raining. It’s rained for the past few Halloweens. I have have to abandon my “bad candy for teens without costumes” plan if they’re brave enough to still go out in the rain tonight. Well, short & to the point, from me to you, Happy Halloween!
