Behavioral Targeting:
- The practice of targeting and serving ads to groups of users who exhibit similarities in their location, gender or age, and how they act and react in their online environment.
This is becoming more prevalent in marketing. The more precise the targeting is, the better an advertiser can reach out to the consumer with a relevant offer.

Another great definition, TrishaLyn! Behavioral targeting is such an involved and interesting practice. Marketers even get more specific to target hobbies, diets, spending habits, etc. This ensures that the best possible audience is being reached to ensure results!
